We wanted to explain what it's like to work with us, but coming from us didn't seem genuine.  Instead, we asked one of our clients what it's like from their perspective.  Each client has different wants and needs, but we pride ourselves on being flexible and easy to work with.  This is how one client explained it in their own words!

Spruce Homes

Spruce Homes is a custom home building company and is a perfect example of what long term social media commitment looks like.  
Over time, there has been a commitment to organic social media (including stories), regular email newsletters, fun events, and more.  Their idea was to make Spruce Homes a local brand that people wanted to be apart of.  Throughout the years, they gave away tons of information for free and they focused on allowing their audience to “follow” their projects from start to finish.  
With that long term commitment, now every post gets thousands of views!  The focus was always to be a source of information and entertainment and it's paid off.  Not only do the social media metrics show the success, but over the past 4-5 years, they can attribute the majority of their work to social media!

Broadview Screen

Broadview is a perfect example of the power of personalized social media content. Their past social media experience revolved mainly around photos and graphics (the photo below gives a slight depiction of what Broadview's page looked like before and after committing to personalized reels).  With the photos and graphics, they weren't getting the traction they wanted and ended up getting discouraged and halting their social media.  
We started working with them and focused on creating personalized reels that showed their business - their people, their worksites, and their products.  We started highlighting how awesome their product is, how great their service is, and how fun their people are in creative and entertaining ways. 
The difference?  Instead of getting a few views per post (less than 20), they are now getting hundreds, if not thousands of views on every post.  They are getting regular comments from clients and other trades on their social media, and we are beginning to build their brand online!

Cornell’s Country Store

One thing we tell clients is to “just keeping making content".  As long as you're talking about what your customers are interested in, you are adding value to them (and others like them).  And sometimes, you'll have a post that goes viral!  
We don't focus on making these moments, but sometimes they just happen.  And funny enough?  The ones that perform the best will often shock you.  Cornell's does a fantastic job on video - they just act like they're talking to a friend and the videos turn out natural!  After working with them for only a few weeks, they had a post go viral.  It almost reached 165k views and added just under 2,000 followers (oh, and they only had 24 followers before this post!).
Since then they've committed to video and get constant comments around town on their social media, get regular calls about products they highlight, and are deepening relationships with their customers.  We don't focus on making viral videos, but sometimes when you consistency talk about what's relevant it just happens!
